As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. We offer return or exchange only in case of a damaged product received. The customer is expected to record a video while opening the delivery package. He or she is expected to check the defects in the product thoroughly, while video recording it. This can be sent to us as evidence of the damage while reaching out to us using the details mentioned in the contact us page.
While shipping back the damaged product to us, we will bear Rs. 150 per product as shipping charges. So please ship accordingly.
Exchange not accepted due to colour difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
